In the afternoon of 11 December 2019 ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Canberra hosted the Conferring of Awards Ceremony for degrees in the streams of Engineering, Science and Technology. The ceremony was prresidedover by the Chancellor of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ, Mr David Gonski AC, Bcom LLB ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ, FCPA, FAICD and the Rector of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ Canberra, Professor Michael Frater, BSc BE Syd, MzHEd ²ÝÝ®ÊÓÆµ, PhD ANU, FTSE. Also among the academic procession was the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia is His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd).The Occasional Speaker was Rear Admiral (RADM) Wendy Malcolm CSM, RAN the Head Maritime Systems within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).
