As a new staff member at ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ you must be inducted in Health and Safety procedures and policies.
If you will be working in an office based space your supervisor must go through the HS006 Health & Safety Induction Form with you.
If you will be working in a laboratory your supervisor must go through the HS049 Laboratory Induction and Authorisation Form with you.
This will inform you about:
- Hazards in your work area
- Risk assessments associated with your work
- Safe work procedures
- General health and safety
- Emergency procedures
- After Hours access procedures for your area
- Consultation procedures
You and your supervisor can complete the HS006a Induction Health and Safety Training Individual Plan.
