Zhuoran Liu is a PhD candidate at the School of Risk and Actuarial Studies at the University of New South Wales (²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ). Her research interests revolve around optimization, stochastic control in insurance, and behavioral finance. She holds a Bachelor's degree in statistics from Wuhan University, China, and a Master's degree in actuarial studies from ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ. Throughout her academic career, she has exhibited a passion for the application of mathematical and statistical methods to solve real-world problems in finance and insurance.
